Applying Lipstick - How to Apply LipstickYour lips at their best are expressive and sensual. Lipstick application should enhance these qualities, making them moist, supple, glossy and rosy - never cracked and dry. Tips for Applying LipstickImprove the shape of your lips by drawing a new outline with a lip pencil or brush. The choice of lip colour can determine the balance of your face. A lighter, more natural, shade of lipstick will alllow the attention to be focused on the eyes, but if you want to try a different effect, go for a rather, darker lipsticks and minimal eye makeu-up. The best method of applying lipstick is with a lip brush. You will need a steady hand and a little practice, but a brush does give the cleanest and most accurate line, and it is also very economical. The lipstick always goes on after the powder and fine coat of powder around the mouth with help to keep the lip colour from bleeding upwards in tiny lines. Draw on the outline with a pencil or lip brush, using a slightly darker colour of lipstick than the one you have chosen to apply. If you use a pencil, make sure the point is sharp so that the line you draw is clear and well defined. Now apply lisptick by fill in the lips using a toning color. Again a brush is best for this. Blot carefully with a tissue and apply a second coat of lipstick or a generous coat of lip gloss, being careful not to take it too close to the outline, as it may make the lipstick run. Choosing lipstick shade while applyingA touch of a lighter shade of the same tone of Lipstick in the centre of the lower lip will make the finished mouth look full and soft. SHAPING UP YOUR LIPS:Knowing the shape of lips, you can correct your lip shape and can make you look attractive.
