Choose your eyeshadow to suit your eye colour, to relfect your mood and to complement your clothes. To set cream eyeshadow try applying a very fine dusting of translucent powder.

Eyeshadow come in huge variety of colours. One should equip herself with different shades of eyeshadows from gray and fawn, through delicate blues and greens, to stronger harvest colours and striking pinks and purples. Add gold, silver and glitter for extra glamour.

Applying Eyeshadow

1. A cotton bud or sponge tipped applicator will help you apply eyeshadow precisely and evenly over the eye lid area.

2. Gently apply the base colour of eyeshadow to the entire lid starting from from the inside to the outside corner of eyes.

3. Blend eyeshadow finely for a smooth look. You can also go for a combination of colours. To give a smoky look to your eyes, prefer using dark colors, like blue, gray or black.

4. Both compact and loose eyeshadow come in vibrant colours and you can moisten the applicator to aid smooth application.

5. Creams and gels are best blended into the shape you want with the tip soft finger.
