Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is one of the most polupar therapies around today. It is wonderful to use, the products are easily available, and they can provide you with results. Aromatherapy was used essential oils, which are distilled esence of herbs, plants, flowers and trees. Aromatherapy is used for treating a variety of physical and mental conditions, from skin infections to stress. There are three main ways to use essential oils.

In The Bath

Add 5-10 drops of your chosen oil to your bath, then sink in and relax. Inhaling the wonderful aromas will soothe your mind, and the oils will also have a beneficial effect on your skin and body.

For Massage

Mix 3-4 drops of essential oil into 10 ml of neutral carrier oil, such a sweet almond oil, and use to manage your body.

To perfume your rooms

Fragnance your room and indulge in the beneficial scent. Clay burners are readily available to diffuse oils into the air. Add the oil to some water in the bowl at the top, then light the right candle underneath.
